Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)
• Hands-on experience with FHIR-based interoperability and data exchange
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7)
• Experience in public health informatics or public-sector healthcare environments
• Experience with system integration and interoperability architectures
• Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
• Experience integrating or supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Ability to develop and support FHIR implementation roadmaps
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with government or public health agencies
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical team
